Likes - golf cart staff and staff at guard shack were friendly
Dislikes - there was absolutely no beach and pictures didn’t resemble reality. In fact, the beach was so short it was unsafe. At one point our toddler ran a few yards from us while playing bean bags and almost fell off an embankment that was like 4 foot straight into the ocean. There was no tape or anything warning of an unsafe drop off. Then halfway through our stay they finally taped it off with caution tape. It could have been a terrible tragedy and I know that it didn’t happen over night so there was plenty of time to caution tape it off prior. This natural wash-away had to have happened gradually it wasn’t an over night thing. Additionally, it took us 3 days to get us new clean towels. Took multiple phone calls, a trip to the lobby, and then 5 hours later they were delivered after 10pm that night, waking our kids who were finally sound asleep. The coffee shop staff was very rude and acted like you were inconveniencing them. We were also charged 5 dollars over for a pair of goggles we bought for our kids. We didn’t even want to walk back and have another interaction with them once we realized the discrepancy. Because we had dealt with them 2 other times prior to that to get coffee on separate days and each time they acted like we were bothering them.
