This location has an issue with staffing. Apparently there ate not enough of them. The check-in was slow due to having only one clerk on duty at the most likely time for people to be checking in. We had a loose toilet seat which they said they would fix but failed to Send anyone to the room. The clerk said the work had been done but it hadn't been.

My check-in was terrible. Clerk never spoke other than to say ID and credit card, then handed me the key cards still saying nothing. Bathroom shower had no curtain liner so water went all over the floor. Hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. Not a pleasant experience, would probably never stay there again

I am a wheelchair user and I was in a handicap accessible room with a too high of a mattress and too high of a bedframe so I was unable to sleep in the bed, forced to sleep in a couch bed that has a springy cough, and I was in pain all the next day. Wanted a refund they said nope, and the manager will never get on the phone.

Room was clean and comfortable. Man at front desk check in and the housekeeper were both helpful and courteous. However, bartender saw us standing at the bar, turned away and continued talking to other patrons. It was so bad that the patron she was speaking to pointed at us and said they need help. She was then dismissive and did as little as possible. Then we wanted candy and couldn't get the attention of the person at the front desk to get it. Same nasty attitude. Checking out we were told we couldn't get a copy of the receipt. After some cajoling the man at the desk got it for us. In general the property did not have a welcoming feel and I would not recommend for the huge price of $400/night
