The hotel said including breakfast but this morning we headed the the breakfast area and was told to pay extra $18.00 pre head before we can have breakfast. The hotel was not transparent with customers at the beginning of making the reservation.

This hotel is 6 minutes from The Maritime Aquarium. It has stores and food options at walking distance. But it was very loud at night, seems like the walls are made out of thin cardboard and you can easily hear what’s going on in the hallways and other rooms. It was hard to sleep. The pool had an awful smell of chlorine that took over the area including the gym.

The room and facilities were nice. The pool was cloudy, the hot tub had a weird smell and we saw vomit next to the door of the pool area on our way out. The toilet was clogged, staff came right away but it remained a problem until the next day.

Our room did not get cleaned the entire stay, had to ask for towels daily, toilet paper , cups and coffee pods daily and slept in the same unmade and unchanged for 4 days. Front house staff and dining staff were amazing.
