Sure this home is open and beautiful, sure it's one block away from Steamboat Ski Resort and gondola, sure there is a free shuttle to whisk you away to the boutiques, restaurants, and activities of the downtown area, but it's our spectacular staff offering world-class service that really separates us from the rest! This particular unit is located on the third floor and is accessible by stairs only. The elevated location enhances your privacy and offers a more peaceful retreat after a day of adventure.

Upon arriving at this beautiful home, guests will immediately fall in love with the vaulted ceilings and rustic, cabin-like ambiance! Whip up vacation-worthy meals in the well-equipped kitchen as the kids sit at the breakfast bar waiting patiently. If you happen to be visiting in warmer times of the year, the shared pool is the best place to lounge and soak up the sun. Plus, the free WiFi and multiple TVs throughout the condo provide unlimited amusement indoors as well. You'll even have a private washer/dryer to take care of everyone's laundry, so you can afford to pack light for your trip!

The main bedroom features a king bed, a TV, balcony access, and an attached bathroom, while the second bedroom has a queen bed, a twin bed, a TV, and a full bathroom. If you need additional sleeping space, the living room has a sofa bed.

Winter in Steamboat Springs is a magical experience the whole family will love! Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise and Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, grab an après-ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.

You’ll find plenty of hot weather activities all over the place! Take the kids out to explore the majestic outdoor beauty of Steamboat Springs with hikes on Thunderhead Hiking Trail. The paved Yampa River Core Trail winds through town and even passes by the botanic gardens, so you can take the little ones out for a good walk while still being close to home! You’ll also be close to the fantastic greens of Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, plus lots of other summertime activities like alpine slides, mountain biking, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
