The Arc La Rambla hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is at a great location. It is centrally located near public transportation with two metro stations nearby. As well, the hotel is very close to entertainments located near the seaside: restaurants, bars, and carnival type rides. I would highly recommend those looking for a hotel for their stay in Barcelona to consider the Arc La Rambla. 🙂

Constructions block the entrance. The room is extreme small than it is advertised. Breakfast is no good. It is an ordinary hotel but the price two nights near $600 which is higher than the Hilton Hotel I used to stay.

Indoor was alright but no iron in room. Hotel pic online is deceptive. Due to road work there is no direct access. One has to walk through or around a fence. Area around hotel is unkept. Staff warns about pick pockets in area. Accessibility to great shopping is a plus. Was stereo typed and had bad experience and attitude by a staff member who because of my skin pigmentation thought I was an African. Thus his attitude was not so pleasant. Had to remind him that he was in Customer Service Industry. If he wasn't comfortable then he may be in the wrong profession.

The property perfectly placed even with street construction. Staff were 10+, friendly, helpful and ever so polite. We were so impressed with the staff organising taxi from the airport and help with our questions about train to main train station. Room was fantastic and location amazing. Thank you so much.
