We were told upon check-in that our room would be cleaned on day three. When nothing happened on that day, we were told that it’s actually on day four. If we wanted it sooner than that, there would be an extra fee. When nothing happened at the end of day four, we gave up. We stayed for five nights, and no one ever came to service the room. When you need dry towels, you must bring your wet towels down to the reception/“barception” bar area, and trade them in. There is no electric kettle provided in the room. There are no side tables by the bed. The water in the shower goes from hot to cold to hot to cold, over and over again, while you’re in there. The bed was so bad that I got an actual backache, and had to take ibuprofen for a couple of days. This has NEVER happened to me before. I’ve visited fourteen cities in Europe now, and I’ve never had that happen. Seriously. I don’t think that the Comfort Hotel Xpress was so inexpensive that it’d be okay for the price paid. I would NOT recommend this place.

Basic hotel

Room was very small compared to other Comfort Express hotels I stayed in, but location was worth it. I got a room with a window, just that my window was looking inside World Trade Center next door so just be aware. Arlanda express is also next door to the hotel so it’s very accessible. At the end I was happy with my stay.
