It's more like a AirBnB than a "hotel".

Good: The hotel room was fine - it had a comfy bed, TV, clean bathroom and a kettle. Bad: We arrived for check-in at 2:15pm and found the hotel's exterior door was locked and no hotel staff to help. We banged on the door to no avail. There was no intercom button or signage to help us. We called the hotel number twice, leaving voice-mail messages both times. The hotel eventually called back to tell us that it was a holiday and that the Office was closed. They claimed that I was to have been told how to enter the hotel and room by "Hotels.com" and almost made it seem like my being locked-out was my fault. we eventually managed to get into the hotel and our room. During our 3-day stay at this hotel, I only ever saw someone in the hotel Office once.

Mycket rent o smidigt litet hotell

Ingen bemannad reception vid ankomst vid 09:00 på morgonen.Men ringde ett nr och en mycket trevlig man gav mig en kod för att komma in ( hotels.com måste missat att skicka mig den) Så rent och fint hotell,ligger mysigt precis vid Tegnérparken centralt i Sthlm 😍 Bra pris med tanke på att hela stan hade Taylor Swift-hysteri 😉

Bra centralt läge. Dock ingick inte frukost och det kunde ha framgått tydligare när man bokade. Nu upptäckte jag det när jag kom till hotellet. I övrigt var det helt okej.

Nära till det mesta, tunnelbana, bussar, affärer. Vi stannade en natt. Tycker man inte om att höra trafiken så kanske man kan be om ett rum som inte ligger mot gatan. Man hör bilar, men det är en stor stad så man kanske inte kan förvänta sig att det ska vara tyst. Sköna sängar, skulle boka detta igen om deg blir en resa framöver.

Came in late, phone number on the door sign was out of order. The number I found after Googling, no one picked up on. Ended up taking the taxi to The Airport, sleeping on a bench.

Meget centralt beliggende lille hotel med små værelser. Vi boede her 2 nætter. Tæt på shopping og restauranter. I gåafstand fra Central Stationen. Man skal kunne klare sig uden en reception. Morgenmaden serveres på et konditori 5 minutters gang fra hotellet. God morgenmad.

It's cheap, but not really cheap enough to match the product being sold. Having said that. It is a room, a desk and a bed, so if that is what you need, it'l do. Location is good with regards to the central station. But it hardly qualifies as a hotel, reception is open until 17:00 (you can call and get a code). Not really what I expected.
