Accessible room not available. Substitute room extremely inconvenient with the dog. They gave me a new room, but the key didn't work. Sent me to a different room which was already occupied. Finally got an emptyroom convenient to the exit, but the bath products (Dove) have a very strong fragrance that causes migraine headaches. Thankfully I have my own products. That is a deal breaker for me. I should have asked
