Suunnittelu moottorikelkka matka Hayward / Stone Lake alueella? Tarvitsetko paikan Birkebeinerille? Tai katsotko perheen kesälomaa? Sitten tervetuloa Cattail Cabin. Tilava Lakefront mökki sijaitsee vain 15 minuutin etelään Hayward ja aivan moottorikelkkareitti! Riippumatta siitä, minkä kauden se on, ajattelemme, että tulet rakastamaan sitä täällä.

Avaruus:

Cattail Cabin on uusi (sisäänrakennettu vuonna 2018) avoin konsepti, jossa on 3 makuuhuonetta, 2 kylpyhuonetta, valmis uloskäynti kellarista, valtava kannelle järvelle ja suojattu kuisti. 1942 neliömetrin lämmitetty / ilmastoitu elintilaa, meidän mökki on tarpeeksi tilaa 8 hengelle. Se on kaikki modernit kodin mukavuudet, mutta tuntuu maalaismainen ja viihtyisä samaan aikaan. Ryhmän kokkeja varten mökissä on täydellinen keittiö, jossa on kaikki uudet laitteet ja suuri keskisali. Meillä on kattiloita, pannuja, astiat ja riittävästi astioita 8. Suuri, aito logaritminen ruokapöytä istuu 8 mukavasti. Sateisina päivinä nautatkaa täysin valmiiksi kulkevaan kellariimme pelihuoneeseen. Pingispöytä on varmasti osuma lasten kanssa.

Se, mitä todella tulet tänne, on kuitenkin ulkona. Me tajuamme sen. Sijaitsee 48 hehtaarin alemman hollyjärven, meidän mökki on todella täydellinen paikka tahansa ulkona harrastus etuja milloin tahansa vuoden aikana. Kesällä aloittaa päiväsi kuppi kahvia ulos kuistilla ja nauttia kalastuksesta tai melonnasta päivällä. (Jos olet kiinnostunut saattamaan oman vesiskootterin, Ala Holly Lake on julkinen vene laskeutuu länsipuolella järven). Yöllä istu palo kuoppaan, kun sinä ja lapset tekevät s'mores. Talvella voit mennä jään kalastukseen, lumikenkäilyyn tai tuoda moottorikelkkoja, koska Lower Holly Lake on aivan moottorikelkkareitillä! Et löydä parempaa paikkaa kuin moottorikelkkailua!

Muita huomautuksia:

Matkailu on suuri teollisuus tällä metsänkaulalla, joten jos tulet tälle alueelle matkailukohteista, mökki sijaitsee ihanteellisella paikalla lähellä. Hayward, kuten mainitsin, on vain 15 minuuttia pohjoiseen ja on tunnettu sen ruokaa, ostosmahdollisuuksia, ympäri vuoden tapahtumia, festivaaleja ja nähtävyyksiä.

Lähin kaupunki on kuitenkin Stone Lake, joka on vain 5 minuutin ajomatka suoraan länteen hytistä. Vaimoni ja minä rakastan Stone Lakea. Se on pienempi ja hiljaisempi kuin Hayward (mikä on enemmänkin tyyliämme), mutta silti on vielä monia siistiä paikkoja tarkistaa! Jos sinulla on aikaa, aja kaupunkiin, pysäköi autosi ja kävele vähän. Pubeja, antiikkiliikkeitä, mikrohautomoa / kahvila-aluetta ja viinitilaa (KYLLÄ viinitila vain 5 minuutin päässä mökistämme) on paljon tekemistä!
Tämä mökki sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Lower Holly Lake. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat ja pelihallin/-huoneen. Mökissä tarjoaa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Beautiful cabin inside and out. Absolutely exquisite! Host very congenial and responsive. Loved watching sunsets and listening to nature on the dock bench. I can't say enough great things about our stay at this cabin. It went above and beyond our expectations. The cabin has everything you need. The deck and screened in porch were perfect for morning coffee and just enjoying the peace and quiet. The blackstone was perfect for cooking our meals. The cabin was cozy and very comfortable although we spent most of our time outdoors. The lake was beautiful and very quiet. We did lots of kayaking and fishing. Lake access was very easy and the kayaks were in great condition. We caught some of the biggest fish we have ever caught! We visited at the perfect time as the leaves had begun changing and the views were beautiful. Brad was the perfect host and we appreciated his quick responses to our questions and the wonderful communication throughout the whole process. We are looking forward to returning to this property in the future!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time at the Cattail Cabin! The fireplace was toasty, the outdoor walks were relaxing, the cabin was very clean and we all LOVED the games. Brad was very communicative so we felt we could reach out if we needed anything at all. But, everything went so smoothly that we really didn't need anything. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Cattail Cabin

My husband, two sons (16 and 18) our dog and I spent two nights at this gem. Our sons arrived about a half a hour before we did as we picked up groceries in Hayward (about 20 minutes away). They had already started playing ping pong before we arrived. Once we arrived, the canoe and kayaks were put in the water and were used the rest of our trip. We caught bass, bluegills and northerns and enjoyed the fall colors that surrounded the grounds. The setting is quite private, located at the end of a dead end road. We walked our dog several times and only encountered friendly neighbors. We prepared all of our meals there, and the kitchen had what we needed. The kids slept in the loft and enjoyed it. We slept in the master bedroom (king bed) and were very comfortable. The walkout basement was great for ping pong. We spent a LOT of time playing. If you rent here, be sure to get out on the water! The side of the lake that the cabin is on is so beautiful this time of year (early October) with the maples and oaks. I couldn’t stop taking pictures from the canoe when I should have been casting. Communication was fantastic with the owner. He provided all of the answers before we could even think of questions! Also, I had read a couple of comments in past reviews about wi-fi. We had no issues with the wi-fi, and our cell coverage was strong. So if you’re looking for a cozy, clean cabin on a lake that’s easy to navigate, don’t hesitate to book here!

Picturesque Cattail Cabin

It is impossible not to have a good time here

What an amazing property! This cabin perfectly fit our needs. We had family and friends spent two nights with us here in September 2024, and we absolutely had the best time. We made heavy use of the included canoe and paddle boat. The outside fire pit was just wonderful. The teens loved the video game cabinet in the basement, and the beds were super comfy. Fast internet, a huge kitchen, and the large room where everyone just hung out worked great for us. The host (Brad) was extremely good about communication (I've never seen such detailed information provided before hand) and very friendly. We accidentally left an item at the cabin and he made arrangements for us to be able to pick it up the following week. The very quiet and beautiful lake is the best part of this property. Overall one of our top VRBO stays ever.

Great quiet getaway

We had an amazing time during our stay at Cattail Cabin. The owners were super accomodating when we needed to work around our kids sports schedule. We came for 4 nights for an end of summer get away. The cabin has everything you need. The lake is a nice and quiet lake, so our kids could kayak and paddle boat safely and easily by themselves. We were just a short drive to Hayward where there was lots of great places to visit. Highly reccomend for anyone with a family to stay here! A really amazing up-north cabin to recharge and relax!

Family Vacation

The cabin is very nice and the view of the Lake is gorgeous! We spent most of our time down by the lake fishing, boating, or swimming. We caught quite a few different fish, used the firepit one night and we appreciated the wood was included with our stay. Ping pong and pac man were entertaining.my 15 year old said right before we left how much she was going to miss this place! Definitely would recommend!! Hope to make it back someday! Great family memories made!!

Perfect Northwoods Getaway

A beautiful, well-appointed cabin on a quiet lake with plenty of room to accommodate grandma and grandpa, our daughter and her husband, and our two grandchildren with two beds to spare. Our grand children were overjoyed with their loft sleeping quarters and the ground level game room - the Packman and ping pong tables are worth their weight in gold for entertainment value, second only to swimming and paddling the kayaks. The location was perfect, within 10 minutes to the Town of Stone Lake and 20 minutes from Hayward. The area has all the amenities to meet all of our needs.

Great Get Away!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Cattail Cabin! The cabin is perfect for sunny days of swimming (nice sandy shoreline) and kayaking, fishing off the dock, and only a short drive in to Hayward for ice cream and activities. Even the few rainy days we had were met with ping pong challenges, puzzles, games and movies. It’s a quiet lake, so don’t miss an opportunity to sip coffee or a cocktail on the deck and relax! We felt right at home and Brad was great at checking in- we made some amazing memories!

Great Property

Cabin is awesome! Great smaller lake that had 0 boat traffic so it was perfect for fishing, swimming and kayaking! Only thing i would recommend is curtains in kitchen windows would have been nice. Could see over to next cabin in the evenings. Also maybe a tv in the larger bedrooms downstairs. Overall an outstanding property, and definitely one of the cleanest places we've stayed! Fire pit and huge supply of firewood was also a plus.
