The rooms are small but the overall building is amazing. Great old building, wonderful sense of history, Nice fires and feeling to the place. We were the only guests, it was winter but I think it had only just re-opened. The manager was very hospitable, was missing a few ingredients for my partners cocktails but the place had a great feel.

A lovely village with an old fashion friendly feeling. Not to be missed the Gordon River Cruise also many beautiful walks and the Regatta Point Station trip.

The dining menu was amazing - degustation and beautifully presented and delicious. Only issue was the shower over the bath, not easy for older customers, and there was a lack of shower caps - the latter slightly minor !!

We were in room No.1. 2 adults. It was very small, too much furniture, chair didn’t fit under desk. Used face washer in shower from previous guest. Few cob webs. Bed nice.

We loved the property so well kept and authentic. The only problem was the driveway when walking up it, as it had a few pot holes and not enough parking close to the property.
