The room was everything we needed for a night in Stratford Upon Avon. The hotel is central and walking distance of dining, shops and attractions. The reception welcomed us and showed us directly to our room which was a nice touch. Staff were very nice. The rooms are spacious although a little creaky. We could hear the guests above us walking around of an evening and morning. Bed and bedding very comfortable and overall we enjoyed our stay with the best part being the convenience of location. Thank you.

The original room we had was lovely - however, we had an issue with the tap in the bathroom and we were quickly assigned another room which wasn't quite as large but still really nice - the receptionist then offered us the choice of two other rooms for the second night of our stay - we chose the larger of the two and was not disappointed. The room was absolutely lovely. We would like to praise the staff for their reactive response to the initial issue that we had - these things happen and it the response and customer care we received was excellent. The hotel itself is lovely, very well situated and breakfast was also excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Very courteous staff , nice clean room , and very good parking . Close to the RSC and all the shops . The bathroom needs updating , bath chipped and extractor fan not working , the bed is very hard and could do with a topper to make it comfortable . Room was unique, bathtub was amazing. The hotel was extremely close to the other place and RSC, which we truly loved. For those who have mobility issues you may want to enquire 1st before making the booking as there where a lot of different levels. My only complaint is that the complimentary wine was terrible and really was not worth the lovely glasses that we had with it.

I have a very good stay at the Arden Hotel. It is in the perfect location across from the Royal Shakespeare Theater. The rooms are clean, spacious and we had a fantastic view. The food was very good. We were running late and called to change the time of our reservation. They were very accommodating. I definitely recommend the hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The room was lovely and clean, a couple of things needed repair (toilet roll holder hanging off the wall) but otherwise the whole stay was perfect! Staff were friendly, cleaners were lovely, the food was great and the bed was super comfy! We will definitely be booking with them again!
