The room was infested with some kind of insects. We didn’t notice anything on the night we arrived in the room because we were so tired, but the next morning we went to the hotel next door for our breakfast and when we came back to the room to check out the mugs we had been drinking out of the night before were infested with hundreds of insects and so were the beds. We went downstairs and reported this to the reception, we showed them the photos we took of the infestation and they said they would pass the information to Expedia, because it was Expedia we paid the money to for the room. They said we would get a full refund because of this, but I have not received the refund yet. Please send the refund back onto the card I used to pay for the room asap. Thanks
