The bathroom was in a terrible state and needed a very good scrub. The smoke alarm went off and after 19minutes no one came to the room. we fanned the area with a towel, and the alarm came adrift and fell to the floor. The alarm stopped going off. I told a staff member when we went to breakfast about the dirty bathroom and the bed side lights not working and the shower room having water across the doorway and how dangerous it was. One of the staff called me to tell me we had tamped with the fire alarm, this is not true, the alarm came a drift when we tried to fan it so it would stop, it was evident that no one was coming to turn it off. When i told the staff member about no one coming to check on us due to the alarm, the staff member said oh they might had been putting out breakfast foods, I really thought that a fire alarm going off would have priority over a few muffins going out. The day of arrival I rang the the motel twice and it when to answer machine I left a message both time asking them to please return my call. Now they are saying I have to pay a fine of $200. I will never go to this motel ever again the staff and management are very unprofessional and aggressive to guests.

Hotel had no water on any floor. The line up to the two lifts went out the lobby and down the street. Check in took over an hour. I booked through Expedia and demanded a refund due to no water and not even stating the night (we checked in and out within 30 minutes) and they told me they could not refund due to booking with Expedia! Be very aware!!!

Room was filthy dust everywhere. My sons asthma was set off spoke to reception the next morning who changed our rooms. We got a clean room after first night but had to deal with an broken and loud air-conditioner. Being an Accor member hotel i was expecting a bit more

The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating during my stay. The room was sufficient, however, my one criticism of the room was that the shower head wasn't working properly. The water was only trickling out at half of it's (expected) potential. Other than this, I was satisfied.

I paid a room for 3 people. The cost included fees and taxes. But when I get there I couldn’t parking I asked staff there and they said to me my booking not include parking I asked why but they just said parking unavailable….not happy about this!

Very disappointing

Rooms were old, facilities old and noise for example the fridge and the air con were making noises all night. Advised staff about the issue, they were unhelpful and didn’t even make eye contact when approached.
