We had a good stay here. There are a few things that could be improved to give this hotel a higher rating. There is no light in the ceiling so the room feels constantly dimmed. This isn't great when you're trying to get ready. It was incredibly difficult to get the shower to a decent temperature. It was either VERY hot or stone cold. Overall, a great place to stay for friendly staff, great check out time (11am), convenience to public transport, shopping and the Capitol Theatre. It could definitely use bit of upgrading and maintenance but was the friendliest to our budget. Thanks Metro Marlow for a good stay overall.

Room was filthy and needed a deep clean. What seemed like bodily fluids were on the floor, curtains and duvet was really bad. Plug sockets were thick with dust. The King bed was 2 old singles pushed together which meant is was uncomfortable to lay in the middle of the bed.

It ain’t fancy, but it’s clean, close to everything you could want near darling harbour. The staff service was a bit awkard…. The bathroom was built for small people, i am average height (6ft) and my head was close to touching the roof in the shower. The toilet was extremely narrow, my legs sat inside my hip line…. It was perfectly fine for a night!

Hotel is in a great location with lots of amenities very close by. It was comfy and clean, The bathroom/shower is a bit small if you are over 5 foot in height, some noise but to be expected in the area. Wifi not great - frequently disconnected or weak. Over all severed us perfectly for our few days away.
