Front desk staff girls were welcoming and professional. 1 older male staff was rude and blunt when I ask if it was ok to take alcohol to the pool area, as most hotels have bars in pool area and this hotel didnt, he replied no with rude tone.. When I walk into our room , it look nice and clean, We went out that night and drinks , come back to hotel and straight to bed .. waking up the next day with a rash and itchy to find that the pillows cases were full of mould .. The girls at again at front dest apologise and moved me to another room with was much nicer and cleaner .. That was a nice gesture, but a high end hotel should check mould for health and safety reasons.

Inroom service dishes left in hallways for hours so it was not nice to walk between room to lifts and seeing trays and trolleys with left over food. Stayed 4 nights and room was not cleaned before 3pm which made having an afternoon nap impossible. Friday and Saturday nights very noisy with people leaving doors open and talking/yelling in hallways. Rooms a good size, views nice, staff pleasant. Well located. Taxis at Rank reluctant to use meter and wanted cash and over charged.

am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel from [19/04/2025] to [20/04/2025]. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the expectations promised by your website and booking platform. During my stay, I encountered the following issues: • [Example: The room was not clean upon arrival, with dirty linens and a foul odor.] • [Example: The air conditioning was not working properly and so noisy I couldn’t sleep well making it very uncomfortable.] • [Example: The staff was unresponsive to my complaints and failed to address the issues promptly.] These problems significantly impacted my stay and were not reflective of the standards I anticipated when booking with your establishment. I believe a partial/full refund or compensation would be appropriate given the circumstances. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work to improve the quality of your services for future guests.
