Clean, easy access to Tacoma dome we came just to see Brandon Lake and this was completely convenient you literally walk out the hotel and into the Tacoma dome parking lot.

The hotel has been completely revamped. The rooms were really clean. The hotel was really clean. The staff was really nice. We were there for a concert so it was really packed, but everything was really efficient. The breakfast was amazing a lot of options and it had some gluten-free options as well. The hotel and the grounds around the hotel were safe. It is in downtown Tacoma, but the hotel and everything about the hotel was really safe. Definitely was pleasantly surprised and will and would stay there again.

We stayed here last night and really enjoyed how easy it was to walk from the hotel to our concert venue — huge convenience and one of the best parts of our stay. The main lobby was very clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was your standard hotel continental setup: powdered eggs, bacon, sausage, and fresh waffles. The waffles were great, and the rest was about what you’d expect for a free breakfast, so no complaints there. We did grab a snack from the snack area and accidentally picked one that was a day past expiration, but the biggest drawback of the stay was that one of the elevators was out of service. With a full hotel, that meant pretty long waits going up or down. Our room itself was clean and comfortable, and despite the small inconveniences, we would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has seriously become so much better than it was. I refuse to stay there the past few years because my car was broken into in the garage. This place is top-notch now. The garage is secure. Everything is working well, including the elevators. The rooms have been updated. And everything is clean. The staff is very good and efficient. I will definitely stay here again.
