The bathroom water is leaking, the water pressure at the tap is not strong, bed is ok, not too firm or soft. The room is not soundproof, can hear the neighbors talking and walking in the corridor.

It’s near a convenient location. Nice and clean. Front desk is not always around for help, so you might have to wait for a while or call a number placed on the countertop of front desk. Water is not hot, you might need to wait for a long while.

房間房型讓人傻眼就算了 還有很重的臭水溝味，冬天沒暖氣 還需要穿外套睡覺，隔音超差 半夜兩三點了還聽得到隔壁聊天笑聲。完全不推薦也不會再來

部分工作人員對應熱誠，部分工作人員對應與之相對起來只能說非常普通。 整體環境來說是安靜的。 進到客房時發現跟官方網站照片比起來陳舊許多（說實在傻眼心情是有的） 牆面部分斑駁跟部分角落有霉菌也許客房清潔部分可以做的更落實一點 期許貴公司可以考慮小補修牆面。 另外最重要的是床單部分，（也許是個人體質/也許可以當個個案處理） 碰到床單是最後皮膚發癢 甚至半夜還有被蚊蟲叮咬痕跡 ，盼貴公司可以考慮check房間整體狀況。
