False Advertising & Poor Service

Although the hotel was decent - fairly clean and the bed was comfortable - it advertises free breakfast which was nothing but chocolate muffins, yogurt, & a bottle of water. This could not even be appropriately called a continental breakfast. Shortly after we checked out, my husband realized he accidentally left his phone in the room. He went back & explained it to the front desk clerk. Rather than immediately find someone to help him access the room, she asked him to wait while she took phone calls and completed other business. On his own he found a member of the cleaning staff to open the room. We have children attending Florida State but will not be staying at this hotel again.

The room was in horrific condition. Toilet was rusty, sheets looked like they were full of oil, room smelled, and the air-conditioning unit made loud absolute noises.

The sheets had stains and holes. Shared with the front office, asked them to changed the sheets but they did NOT, neither did they offer any kind of accommodations. My experience was terrible and horrifying.

Had cable when i walked in then nothing. They had no maintenance on staff so couldn't fix the issue. Couldn't move me to another room. A hotel that is old maybe under rehab. Dont recommend to anyone traveling through Tallahassee. Had to watch tv on my phone.

The sheets were stained and dirty and the hotel refused to give us clean sheets without stains. Front woman was extremely rude! There waa also another guest complaining of the same issue of dirty sheets this place is horrible dont waste your money
