Hotel and Room was nice... woke up at 3:00 AM by BED BUGS!! Had to go downstairs to get another key to change rooms. Took one of the little pests down to the receptionist as proof. He didnt seem a bit surprised.

Breakfast isn’t free nor is parking. $23 for mediocre breakfast and $37 for parking. The breakfast girl was super rude but front desk was very kind and accommodating. Definitely won’t be staying here again, could pay half the price for the same quality elsewhere.

The location was great and food and service in Jacob's on the Plaza was fabulous. Moreover, I used the text offer to help with a question and was answered within seconds. Room was clean and bed was extraordinary. Best sleep.

Hotel looks like it needs remodeling. Paint was coming off ceiling in our room, walls looked dirty. Far left elevator shook a lot. No cookie offered at Check in and charging for a bottle of water in the room is just bad. Won’t be back.

Our double queen room was very cozy and the bed very comfortable. Staff members text us to see if we needed anything very kind staff. Had to ask for a garage pass to leave the garage. This was new for me.
