Vain kahden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Brown Parkista ja viiden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä McCallin keskustasta, Pay Den -järvellä sijaitseva Bear Den on täydellinen McCall-lomakoti sekä seikkailulle että rauhalliselle, hiljaiselle perääntymiselle. When we got there I thought I was facing a Nick Saban commercial. No, we could not come in 1 second before 4:00PM regardless that the property was ready.I called Matt twice to see if we could gain entry. We just came up from Eagle - 2.5 hours away. He didn't return my call until a few seconds before 4:00PM.The Nest thermostat kept us guessing when we could get heat and for how long. It must be locked because after looking at a You Tube video, I could only adjust the heat for so long. There were several vents covered or partially covered making airflow strange. It seemed like none of the heat was getting to the lower floor. I'd hate to have to use them.The property is very nice. Great kitchen and family room. The primary bedroom and bed were good as well. The primary bathroom was excellent. That's where most of the heat was going.

Perfect home for winter getaway!

This home is spotless, very well stocked with everything you can possibly need and things you didn’t know you needed! The home is spacious with plenty of room to spread out. Great location and close to restaurants! It was so peaceful and quiet. We never heard neighbors or cars! Deer pass through the yard each day. Just beautiful! We would definitely stay here again!

This condo worked for us. Great location near downtown and the lake - also Ponderosa State Park. We brought kayaks with us, and the garage provided lots of room to store the boats when we were off the water. The condo was comfortable and well furnished. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Townhouse was as advertised. Super modern and clean. Large tandom 2 car garage.we were able to park truck inside and unload beach toys and not bring them in house. Kitchen had all cooking utensils for eat in meals. Only con is stairs going up to second floor 1 1/2 times normal staircase height. Convenient to downtown and lake. Great place and would rent again

Comfortable condo

Comfortable condo with a good feel. We loved watching movies by the fireplace, although cable TV would have been nice. It was awesome to have a garage large enough to get our 2 cars out of the snow. Great location. We walked to the lake and into town every day. We'll be back.

Outstanding location

This venue was perfect for our purpose which was to attend our son’s wedding. We were a family of 5. The bear den was very clean and well stocked with dishes and appliances. We often took a short walk into town for dining and shopping. I would highly recommend The Bear Den.

We had a wonderful time at the Bears Den! Very very clean and organized, beautiful interior, and very close to the downtown beach (maybe a five minute walk)! We drove around Payette Lake, did an evening cruise on the lake, kayaked on the lake…and replenished our caloric needs at Ice Cream Alley! Highly recommend this location!!

Spacious and great location

We enjoyed our stay at The Bear Den. The house was very spacious and all 3 bedrooms had great separation. The beds were very comfortable. Walking distance to downtown McCall. We would definitely stay again.

Spring Break

The location of this property was awesome. It was an easy walk to downtown and close to the lake. It was so nice to be able to park two cars in the garage. We have a dog but decided last minute to not bring him. After we arrived, I felt I could have brought him and been comfortable. It was clearly a pet lover's home and had dog beds and areas set up for the dog. They had tons of linens and extra places to sleep (even though we didn't need them). They had great games and movies to watch if Netflix or other streaming services weren't an option. The kitchen was very well stocked from utensils to food staples. There were only two small things that I would comment that were a problem. There was a small pile of dog poop on the patio - easily missed by a cleaning company and the bathtub needs to have a good scrub/disinfect with the jets. The departure requests were easy and not too onerous to do. I would absolutely rent this place again.

Fantastic place

The property manager took a little too long to answer us about parking our snowmobile trailer so we could make plans as well as when one of my kids got sick and I had to cancel, no response from matt in 48 hours however when I called him he answered immediately. Place was super clean and great but fridge drawers need cleaned up.

Wintry weekend getaway

Wonderful condo in wonderful location!!

5 of us, along with 1 dog, were in McCall for the winter carnival. This place was perfect for us!! 3 bedrooms (2 downstairs and 1 upstairs), and 3 bathrooms. Large kitchen that had everything we needed. The fireplace was wonderful for the chilly weather! Literally a couple blocks to downtown, perfect location. They even had a large dog crate in the garage and a nice comfy dog bed in the living room, definitely dog friendly! We would definitely stay here again, and would love to come in the summer to check it out!!
