Casa Lomas del Mar on tyylikäs, moderni 4-Bed / 4-Bath-huvila, jossa on upouusi kalustus ja henkeäsalpaava panoraamanäköala. Tämä rinteiden paratiisi sijaitsee ylellisellä aidatulla alueella, joka sijaitsee Tamarindon rannan pohjoispuolella, ja sieltä on näkymät Playa Granden ja Las Baulasin kansallisen meripuiston laajaan tilaan. Sisällä tämä upea huvila tarjoaa 3200 neliömetriä ylellistä tilaa kahdella tasolla. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa tilava moderni design-keittiö sisältää kaiken, mitä sinä tai yksityinen kokki tarvitsee valmistaaksesi ja tarjoamaan täyskurssin gourmet-aterioita. Yksi, ilmava yhteinen huone sisältää oleskelu- ja ruokailualueen, jossa on 180 asteen näköalapaikka. Päärakennuksessa on 3 sviittiä / kylpy-sviittiä ja neljäs bed / bath-sviitti, joka sijaitsee erillisellä Casitalla. Kaksi kodin neljästä vuode / kylpy-sviitistä ovat tällä ensimmäisellä tasolla.
Toinen taso Casa Lomas del Mar on omistettu yksinomaan Master Suite. Tämä tilava ylellinen sviitti tuntuu kuin se olisi ripustettu taivaalle. Lattiasta kattoon ulottuva lasi kahdella sivulla, jossa nukkuvat nukkuvat, tulvivat huoneen luonnonvalolla ja maalataan jatkuvasti muuttuva merimaisema viidakon lehdissä. Our group of three couples enjoyed our stay at Casa Loma very much! The pictures of the house were spot on. Cindy, our housekeeper/chef was wonderful; kept the house spotless, was a joy to be around, and cooked great breakfasts. Adriana, the property host was responsive, friendly, and very helpful when a need arose or we had a question. A car is a necessity as it is not practical to walk up the hills to the home, and there is much to see in the area. The pool is beautiful, even if cold, and the sun deck is great. We even had a couple of early morning visits from monkeys who traveled through nearby trees (not near enough to the house to be a concern but still close enough to be entertaining). Food, and basically everything in Tamarindo is surprisingly expensive but well worth the cost. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Home and Gorgeous Views

The property was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures online. The views from the pool and upstairs bedroom were amazing and our favorite part of the home. Accommodations were perfect for our family of four (2 adults and 2 teenage girls) but could easily accommodate more people/ 2 families. The location of the home was very good for what we were looking for - close to all the restaurants and beach. Sunsets from the pool/outdoor living area were our favorite part. Host was very responsive and helpful with all of our requests!

The property is gorgeous and well taken care of. The accommodations are comfortable and modern. The nightly sunsets are amazing! The property is close to town, beaches and tons of great restaurants (not walkable but very close). The people of Costa Rica are so welcoming. We had a great time!

Amazing Vacation

The management team for this rental went above and beyond and they truly made our vacation memorable. Cris went above and beyond. She booked the most amazing excursions and was incredibly responsive. The house is beautiful with stunning views of the ocean. It is minutes away from the town of Tamarindo, but note that it is high up on a steep hill and therefore, not driveable into town or the nearby beaches.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Most of the time when you arrive at a rental, you'll find that the photos are a bit embellished but this was definitely not the case. The house was exactly as pictured and might even be more spectacular in person. The house was spotless when we arrived and the views from the pool and upstairs suite were unbelievable! The hill leading up to the house is walkable but I would highly recommend renting a car or golf cart for a more enjoyable vacation. The guard at the gate also made it very safe and provided us comfort when in the house. The staff was great as well. Communications with Lucas and Cristina before the trip was very easy and they were both very prompt with their responses. Check in with Gilda was quick and simple. Cristina was available to help us with activities, cart rental and massage appointments as needed. Then there was Johnny, we can't say enough about Johnny, he was beyond amazing. He picked us up from the airport and took us to the market on the day we arrived to get groceries and gave us tidbits about the town. On the day of our tour he took us to get breakfast before starting the day. During the tour he took photos and videos for us. He even went on the zip line with us just to take photos and videos for us. He definitely went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. We were unable to carry phones and cameras with us during the activities so we were extremely glad that Johnny was there to capture the moments for us on his phone. He sent them to us later that evening and he took a lot of photos and vids too because we received a total of 64 emails from him! On the way back he took us groceries shopping again per our request. Basically everything we asked of him, he did for us and at times even went above and beyond. He definitely made it a lot easier to enjoy our time in Costa Rica. But overall, the whole staff was great, Lucas, Cristina, Gilda and Johnny, everyone was wonderful.

Great Family Vacation

Beautiful property and great amenities. Had a few issues with electric going down as well as water line but that may have been caused by the construction in the community. Would highly recommend for a nice family (8 or less) getaway. Having the pool heated would have been a plus to use more often

The view is not to be missed. Incredible. Perfect for adult family vacation. Pool over sunset crazy beautiful. The guide/ guest book is only online. With the Wi-Fi passwords. If you don’t save it to your phone before arriving you’re screwed. A paper version would have helped.

Amazing House!

This house was fantastic. It exceeded all of our expectations. The house is very well designed, open, with great views, and a great place to have a family or several couples (we were two couples and it worked perfectly). The master bedroom was great, with a full balcony and great deck, amazing views. And the casita was a really cool, second guest house, also with great views. The kitchen was very good, and the pool was great (infinity pool with a great view down the hill). Also, the neighborhood was quiet, with security, and separation between houses (the house next door was a family with small kids, and it was never a problem at all). It's also super convenient to the main drag on Tamarindo, and very walkable. Finally, the management of the property is so helpful. They were always available and always went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. (Honestly, I wish we lived there)!

Wonderful Experience

Cris and Adriana were incredibly helpful from before we arrived all the way through to the end. We didn’t plan much in advance, but everything we wanted to set up was literally just a call or message away. Also recommended a private chef Adriana who made it so worth it to stay in and eat, some of the best food I’ve ever had. The house was incredible as well pictures can’t even describe that sunset everyday. Would return for literally any occasion. Highly recommended.

Amazing views and property

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Casa Lomas, the house was beautiful and had many amenities that made the stay extra special. The concierge service, Christina, was phenominal, she was responsive and helpful prior to and during the trip. We utilized the House Chef, Adriana, 5 times and the food was out of this world. All fresh and local food made from scatch. Her menu has something for everyone, and if it does not then she can tailor the meal to your needs and was able to handle allergies easily. if there was a problem with anything it was taken care of immediatetly. We would highly recommend this home to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation in a gorgeous home with stunning views. You will need a vehicle of some sort to get to the home. It is not easy to get up the hill on foot.
