Alex at the Front desk was so kind and helpful! Every interaction was so pleasant, and he was lovely enough to help us print our Universal tickets when we checked out! Very appreciated! The BEST PART were the desk clerk(s)! Everything was quick and easy and the Valet Service was Great! I met the nicest people at the hotel. Also, the restaurant inside the hotel was excellent! Will I stay at this hotel again?Most definitely.

I spent one night for my husband’s birthday. Kyle at the reception desk not only gave us a free upgrade room but we also got a bottle of champagne. The room was clean and comfortable.
