The hotel is well located, close to Wesley Chapel with good restaurant options and shopping malls, as well as close to downtown Tampa. Good breakfast and very friendly service.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The staff was super nice and helpful. Bed slept great. Breakfast was awesome. We were there 5 nights and saw the slight menu changes and liked them all. The location is very safe and quiet—also convenient to interstate, dining options, and a convenience store. Nice outdoor spaces. Plenty of leisure space in lobby. The entire property was immaculately clean. You can tell much thought went into design of everything, resulting in great experience. I’d never stayed at a SpringHill Suites. After this stay, I will definitely look for these on every trip. We had an excellent experience!

The staff were all spectacular, especially with what they had to deal with. There was a group of youth hockey players and their parents staying the whole weekend we were there. The youth players and their parents were loud, rude, and couldn’t care less about anyone else staying at the property and the staff as well. Some of the kids were so poorly behaved they created a fault with the elevators which were rendered out of order for a day. The staff should be commended for how they dealt with the situation with dignity and grace.
