The comforting living room features a flat screen TV, comfy pull out sleeper sofa and sliding glass doors that open to the step out balcony offering sweeping views of the Atlantic.



Visit delicious local restaurants or create amazing meals in the fully equipped kitchen that has been recently remodeled with granite countertops and new cabinets and stainless steel appliances.



The primary bedroom has a king bed and features an ensuite bathroom with tiled walk in shower, a flat screen TV and simple ocean inspired décor.



The secondary bedroom offers two twin sized beds and bathroom.

The balcony off of the living room provides a truly relaxing spot to sit back, read a book, enjoy your coffee or cocktail.

This is the perfect spot for a relaxing.

Guest Access:

Enjoy all the resort amenities from sun up to sun down including:

- Beach access from the property (beach chairs are provided)

The Marina reservations need separate arrangements and ARE NOT guaranteed with accommodations reservations; depending on availability. Any Boat Slip/Marina reservations must be arranged separately with the dockmaster



The Neighborhood:

Ocean Pointe Suites, nestled on 60 exclusive acres in South Key Largo, is gated and manned 24/7. On 60 acres in Key largo, this oceanfront condo is just 10 miles from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and 1.7 miles from The Wild Bird Center. The Florida Keys is home to some of the best fishing, snorkeling and giving in the world. Key Largo's proximity to the everglades also makes it a premier destination for kayakers and ecotourists. The Drive to Key West is approximately 2 hours south and is remarkable! The Florida Keys offer a fantastic variety of restaurants, but with the bounty fresh seafood available it's not surprising that the cuisine of The Keys is largely built around the catch of the day.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is highly recommended with vacationing in The Keys. Ocean Pointe is roughly 70 miles south of Miami International Airport and a 2 hour drive to the Southern Most Point in Key West. There is plenty of parking on property, but we do limit 2 cars per condo.

MARINA INFORMATION:



Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by a separate entity, First Service Residential. You must contact First Service Residential to reserve. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance.



The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet.



Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property.



All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited.



Interaction with Guests:

I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
