I absolutely love all the changes to the “NEW & IMPROVED” Pala Casino Hotel & Spa!. Especially the deep soak bathtub. And awesome coffee maker!! The food at the cafe is a fantastic experience. All Highly recommended!.

The rooms are large and comfortable. Also nice and quiet. Our refrigerator didn't work and there should be fans in the wayer closet and the shower area. Unfortunately, the smoke smell came all the way ip to the 10th floor. Definitely needs better ventilation.

Super nice property.Awesome pool area but for 21+ no kids aloud. Lots of good restaurants. Especially the pool bar had great drinks an pizza sandwiches. Property is a little ways out on a windy road from the freeway. Rooms were big an had refrigerators. no room service either.

We had a mixed experience during our stay. The staff was friendly and the service overall was decent. Cleanliness seemed alright at first, but we unfortunately discovered a bed bug in our room as we were getting ready for bed. To the manager’s credit, they acted quickly by relocating us to a different room. However, the only compensation offered was a luggage transfer service, which felt underwhelming given the situation. While we appreciated the prompt response, the experience definitely impacted our overall comfort and impression of the property.

Stayed and again they did not clean room even though signed upon arrival to have room cleaned . Room when we stayed previously had used McDonald’s wrappers in room when checking in . Nice casino and staff nice . They did advertise prime rib dinner special st grill and then didn’t have any prime rib or substitution for it .
