This hotel was incredible. So much space and luxurious. It was just what we needed in the last leg of our Europe travels. Thank you to the staff for always being so helpful and courteous. I wish every hotel was like this one.

Aufenthalt war gut, das Bett war bequem und das Personal immer auf Fragen vorbereitet und konnte stets immer weiterhelfen. Der Parkplatz war für uns ausreichend, auch wenn der zur späten Stunde etwas voller wurde und die Parkplatzsuche erschwert hat aber immerhin war der, wie von Van der Valk gewohnt, kostenlos. Das Restaurant mit dem Live Cooking war für uns eine schöne Erfahrung und der hauseigene Wein war sehr lecker. Unabhängig vom Live Cooking glänzte das Restaurant, aber auch wie gewohnt von Van der Valk, mit guter Qualität und Auswahl. Leider war unser Zimmer überhaupt nicht so eingerichtet wie wir uns das vorgestellt haben. Auch wenn wir kein Fan davon sind, war der offene Wohnbereich (offene Badewanne mit Dusche zum Bett) für uns schon bekannt und wir haben das Zimmer trotzdem gebucht, weil wir den üblichen Komfort von Van der Valk erwartet haben. Allerdings verstehen wir nicht, wer auf die Idee kam, den Fernsehr getrennt vom Bett aufzustellen und dann auch noch nur zwei normale Stühle (kein Sofa o.ä.) plump dort hinzustellen. Für uns war damit alles im Zimmer "offenes" Wohnen bis auf der Fernsehr, der genau durch einen kleinen Wandvorsprung getrennt vom Bett war... Ein weiteres Manko für uns waren die mangelhaften Zugänge ins Hotel. Die Wegemöglichkeiten vom Parkplatz waren damit nur auf den Haupteingang und einem Eingang auf der Rückseite des Hotels beschränkt. Könnte etwas mehr sein.

Tolles Hotel, hohe Qualität der gesamten Anlage und der Zimmer. Kleiner Kiosk in der Lobby ist eine tolle Idee. Einzige Kritikpunkte: - nachts war es teils etwas laut, wenn vorm Hoteleingang Besucher (vermutlich Raucher) standen und sich lange und laut lachend unterhalten haben - die Straße hingegen war nachts weniger störend - das Frühstück ist von höchster Qualität und unbedingt zu empfehlen, allerdings gibt es keine qualitativ hochwertigen Brote oder Brötchen (ausschließlich „Watte“ Brötchen, schmeckt wie ungetoastetes Toastbrot). Das war etwas schade, zumal am Eingang mit der tollen Bäckerei geworben wird - Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten deutsches TV (ARD, ZDF) zu empfangen. Die Fernbedienung funktionierte auch gar nicht. Hat uns nicht zu sehr gestört bei dem kurzen Aufenthalt.
