All staff are professional, kind and willing to help. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are a comfortable larger room. We enjoyed it there and will stay again at any Prince hotel.

First rate location and staff. Merited its 4 star rating. Very good dining and drinking choices at the hotel...no need to travel about. Only negative was the amount of time their elaborate check-in procedure took (try not to schedule it on a Saturday at 3 pm, w/ a lot of other tourists!). Central location, very close to Metro subway (essential in Tokyo).

Come for the rooms, but stay for the buffet. Seriously we ate breakfast every morning and dinner once, and it is seriously amazing. Our room was spacious given the hotel was designed in the 1960s, with plenty of space for our two suitcases. My wife and I have been wanting to stay here since our first trip to Japan in 2019 (this trip was 2025) and we were both very happy we finally did. Very close to Zozoji Temple and a very short walk to Tokyo Tower. We will most definitely be back.
