Very wonderful staff and clean environment. Even though some customers were very rude and disrespectful to a young woman only doing her job she still displayed excellent customer service, I commend her. My son and I will definitely be back because of her hospitality.

Older hotel. Our room showed its age but was clean. The person that checked us in was nice. A few staff at breakfast were hanging around the food areas talking and leaving their stuff all around. First impression was good. Clerk was friendly. The parking lot is in need of new pavement and pot holes filled. The room smelled and looked clean. The “Queen” size beds were very small, barely “Full” size. Everything in the room worked properly. Could use a deep clean under bed and shower had mold and built up soap scum. The breakfast was typical waffles and eggs. There was no attendant to refill the food/drinks/supplies. Since there was no attendant, counters, floors and tables were unkept.

the hotel is big and spacious. lots of grass surrounding if you’re traveling with dogs. rooms are big and clean. my only issue was with checkin. there’s always quite the line at check in time and they only had one staff person. i had an issue with my room (smoke detector battery chirping) and it took a long time to solve. almost 30 mins. that was frustrating. but staff is lovely. they just need more staff.
