my wife and I were celebrating her birthday. her friends came to surprise her, and I waited for them to come to cut the cake with her. upon their arrival, the hotel manager (herman) did NOT let them come inside the hotel. they travelled from very far, and they had to leave and go home. all we needed was 10 minutes to cut the cake but the "hotel policy" disallows guests after 10pm. my wife ended up crying the entire night, thanks cambridge suites. worst place ever. would never stay here again until I receive an apology and compensation.

This was the sixth time that I have come to Toronto, the third time with my girlfriend, and without a doubt, this hotel was the best that we had stayed at by a long shot. Incredibly spacious rooms, great staff and security in the lobby after hours. Super convenient location!
