All was good with the room. However, the air conditioner made a loud sound and we found it difficult to sleep. We did turn down the system which helped a bit. Thought we should have received a discount for the aggravating sound. We did not complain to the staff as we were only there for a few nights, were out most of the day, and we did not want to uproot and move rooms. Otherwise, the staff were great, the restaurants on the premises were great and the overall experience, except for the air conditioning in the evening, was very good. Thank you.

Bathroom not cleaned well, stains on floor, toilet paper holder kept loosing the roll, Drain in tub was black with dirt, Ripped bed linens, Stain on pillow and dirty stained furniture. I took pictures and showed them to the front desk. The noise at night was disturbing.

My family and I stayed here for two nights and during the second night we woke up with bug bites all over our bodies. It started with a few bites and then it got worse at time went on. This was so inconvenient; and never had such an experience. We had stayed in room 206. Considering the whole point of going to a hotel is for comfort; this was an opposite experience for us. It was such an unsafe situation to be put in. A part of me believes this hotel was aware and have had such complaints and just ignoring it. My family and I didn’t think we’d go to a hotel and come home having to deal with bed bugs. I’m still awaiting a response from the manager but as it stands I’d keep away from this environment.

Customer service and staff was excellent and friendly but the hot tub, when we were there, was in need of cleaning and was to the point of being unusable (in my opinion). To be fair, it was a busy weekend and may have just been due to a high volume of traffic that day (I'm hoping). Bed was not bad, above average and the roomed was cleaned to our satisfaction. The hotel accomodates pets which we appreciate
