A small romantic road leads through a beautiful canyon with narrow and steep walls to the green plateau of Tremosine with its charmy and exclusive panorama. Tremosine has one of the most impressive sights of Lake Garda. 18 villages, which all together form the Tremosine territory.
Every village is unique, discover all differences, all of the interesting single details in each place, following those ancient, narrow alleyways, those many dirt roads and those thousands single trails that connect the the lake to the mountain and discover why Tremosine is a paradise for outdoor activity, cuisine, and nature lovers.

Sermerio is located west of the territory of Tremosine, where the sun sets later. Once in the village of Pieve continue for 5 km to the south following the panoramic road with spectacular lake view.
When you get to the church of Sermerio, take the road on your left that goes down into the village. Among the old houses of the village there is also a small food market. Belevedere home is 200 m. further on, towards the end of the small villag, and will welcome you with its fantastic garden park overlooking the lake and the fantastic canyon of St. Michael. Private parking, BBQ area, children's playgorund and furnished garden for unforgettable sunset light dinners.

The Belvedere houses are completely renovated holiday apartments, furnished and equipped with everything you need to stay at home. One or two rooms, 3, 4 or 5 guests choose your ideal holiday solution, we will be here waiting for you.


We inform all our guests that our agency manages the rent of Holiday properties. And, as required by law, we do not provide any hotel services. Listed in our accommodations there are the essential supplies we provide to the accommodations : Check in service from 3:00 to 8:00 PM, final cleaning, bed and bath linen, and the first supply of toilet paper. Beautiful!!

This was a beautiful location in a tiny quaint village and we had the perfect weather to enjoy the view! The grounds were full of fruit trees and well kept up. Ottavio was very helpful and friendly, full of suggestions. The place itself was very clean and nice, however it was not stocked as well as I would hope (i.e. no hair dryer, lack of kitchen supplies, etc.). The drive up in the crazy mountain roads was quite the experience! If you stay here, go eat at a local market/restaurant called Alpe Del Garda.. it was delicious!!

Idéal pour un court séjour à l’écart de l’agitation du Lac de Garde. Belle vue depuis le balcon. Attention : confort et équipements rudimentaires ! Le chauffage est en supplément (12€/jour) et nous en avons eu besoin au mois de mai. (Fraîcheur et humidité)

Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Sehr viel Platz mit viel Stauraum. Einfache, aber komplette Ausstattung. Nette Vermieter, und einen sehr gepflegten Garten. Wir würden wiederkommen.
