Bad Check-in

Computer system was down during check-in. Waited in line for close to 30 minutes to get checked in. Then I was told that they didn’t have a King bed room as I had reserved. So had to take two queens instead. Things just didn’t start out right at all.

Surprisingly wonderful

My Mom and I stayed for two nights and were surprised by how welcoming, comfortable and affordable the hotel was. The pool was fantastic and all the staff were very friendly. The room was very comfortable and nice. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we're in town.

Outdated hotel, but very well taken care of and clean! Breakfast was good. Indoor pool and hot tub was great and pool tables and juke box was neat. I Recommend this hotel because of the low cost and amenities offered. Very pleased with the cleanliness also! Very family friendly.

Wonderful overnight stay!!

This place has spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. The premises are very nice and the staff is incredibly friendly. I'll definitely stay here again when in Trinidad!!
