We booked a double queen room but were given a king room at check-in. After returning to the front desk, we were told the system showed our booking as a king. I don't blame the H.I. as this may be a bug in the booking system. However, when I presented my confirmation email showing 2 queens, the front desk seemed inconvenienced when finding us another room. The only nice things about the room we finally got is that the k-cup coffeemaker & TV worked, and the view was decent. The room needed updating/maintenance, the mattresses were a bit 'hard' and there was no alarm clock, but the bathroom was the worst. Two of the 4 lights were burning out, there would be standing water on the floor around the toilet and tub after taking a shower (no matter how the shower curtains were arranged) and the ventilation was nonexistent, causing condensation so bad that water was dripping from the light fixtures and the wallpaper was peeling.
In fairness, we have stayed here in the past, as we have family in the area, and were very happy with our room at that time, and the overall facility and visitor amenities are great, but after this most recent stay we may reconsider staying here next time around.
FYI, the room # was 305, in case the maintenance team wants to check it out.
