My 90+ year old parents and I were welcomed and well treated. The lobby was busy, but the representative did not rush us. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was delicious and the attendants ask if there was anything they could help us with. We definitely would stay again..

It was great except the shower was worthless, handicap rollin part was fine, it had 2 shower heads, the one was way up high and it didn't adjust in any direction that anyone could of used. I could of washed the ceiling light maybe with it, the other, a hand held. No where to put it if i wanted to use 2 hands to wash my hair, and so little water pressure that i didnt think i could get the shampoo out of my hair so i didnt use any. Really kind of spoiled what would of been a great room

The only issue is that when I checked in, they charged me for the room that was already paid for through Hotels.com. My mother was able to get a refund for the room she already paid for.

The property was okay, but the service due to mechanics was deplorable. Expedia would not work with the Hampton employee to release our rooms. We paid in advance, it was late, there was only one person working who was not qualified to deal with our situation and we ended up paying extra money. Very unsatisfied with our experience.

We checked in late on a Friday evening and didn’t notice until we had already unpacked, that one of the beds had a large dip in the middle from what appeared to be broken springs. In addition, there were multiple crumbs and other dirt under the beds and sink. We said something at the front desk the next morning and were told they would swap out the mattress while we were out. We returned Saturday night after dinner to find that the mattress had not been switched. In addition we found a used bandaid (not ours) along with a large brown object in the middle of the floor - see attached pics.
