I was not a fan of the breakfast options. But the staff was mostly friendly and they provided support as needed. Our key cards didn't work the first time. My disabled hubby had to sit on his portable shower bench outside the room until I had the cards replaced.

My family & i got 2 rooms the cleaniness was average my mom found dog food on floor but what was worse was the unbearable smell of dog & dog urine in both rooms. My room smelled worse & told front desk & they immediately got us another the room which was better but when we turned on ac the smell hit us again. Besides that & the fact that they dont offer free breakfast & the breakfast they charge for is dissapointing, i do appreciate the staff was very friendly & helpful.
