The property is gorgeous and the grounds are really well kept. Everybody who works here is so unbelievably nice- definitely the nicest staff of any resort I’ve been to. Our room was quiet and had a beautiful view. The AC is strong in the rooms and the bed was super comfortable. The room was clean and just the right size. The views from different areas of the property are so breathtaking. The property offers kayaks, paddle boards, and snorkel gear free of charge, which was great. The coffee shop on site is cute and has lots of options. There are beach chairs with umbrellas free of charge, as well as cabanas and couches at the pools that you don’t need to rent! Alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks were amazing, too. This place definitely matches the price and was worth a visit. Everything was really really really amazing except for the food. It did not match the high level of everything else. Everything we had was fine, only some dishes I’d consider “good”, the rest were just okay. The food needs more seasoning- many dishes tasted bland. It’s also important to note that the one restaurant included in the all inclusive package is outside. It would have been nice to eat inside after long hot days in the sun!

My wife and I have been visiting the Caribbean islands for many years. I approached this trip with limited knowledge of Antigua and the property itself. I can honestly suggest to you that our experience far exceeded any expectations. Travel through VC Bird airport was a breeze as was locating a taxi to take you to the property. Upon arrival, we were greeted with friendly smiles and helpful information (and rum punch). Cocobay is situated on the west side of Antigua and close to several beautiful beaches. The cottages offer a rustic and outdoor feel, but are clean and offer a superb view of the surrounding area. Simply put, the view is breathtaking. Cocobay offers various packages and my wife and I paid for the Romance package that included a couples massage, floating lunch at black rock pool, and a private sunset dinner for two. The infinity pools on-site are stunning. There are so many little hideaways and quiet spaces on the property - perfect for couples! There is a coffee and gift shop close by with delicious coffee, lattes and smoothies. Several bars dot the property and offer incredible tropical refreshment. There is one main restaurant, but the menu changes daily and is so intentionally-planned with delicious food and perfect portions. The service was second-to-none and ensured my wife and I enjoyed a restful and special experience together. We are already planning our return trip!

The food was good but not too much options. The cottage room was nice but I did not sleep good due to noise from outside . Especially middle of the night the truck in the resort every night . Not too much entertainment . At least all the staffs are incredibly friendly.

My boyfriend and I went for my birthday as well as a much needed vacation and Cocobay exceeded our expectations! The staff were so friendly and helpful! The food was so delicious. The views and beaches were breathtaking. The bed was comfortable and we slept so well every night. We truly had the best time! We highly recommend it for any couples looking for a quiet, chill, relaxing get away from reality to decompress. We can’t wait to go back hopefully sometime soon!

My wife and I traveled to Cocobay in August 2025 for our first anniversary. This quiet, adults-only, all-inclusive resort is perfect for couples like us seeking a true private oasis in the Caribbean. It is a true gem! Coming "off-season" during the summer, it felt like we had the resort to ourselves! The beaches (Ffryes, Little Ffryes, and Valley Church) are pristine. The water is clear, turquoise, and warm. The resort chefs are of high quality, and food options felt true to the region (fresh ingredients!). I surprised my wife with the Romance Package (couples massage, floating breakfast, and private dinner) and it was stellar!!! Beyond stellar! We would highly recommend Cocobay and will be returning for a future anniversary!

The beach was beautiful. No seaweed. We had a room with a plunge pool and that was a really nice bonus. The food choices for me extremely limited. As a vegetarian. There were about 8-9 meat options and only one or 2 vegetarian options which were very basic. I struggled to figure what to eat daily. At breakfast time you must tell them when you are showing up for lunch and dinner. Which I found to be very annoying as I’m not sure when I’ll be hungry but felt forced to eat at these scheduled times. There is only one restaurant in the resort and nowhere to find a snack in between meals. Housekeeping hung up the phone on us as we were trying to get towels and clean sheets for our room they forgot to clean. There is no entertainment in the evening. They had a band playing Friday and Saturday but it sounded like background noise while we had our dinner rather than watching a show. It seemed that after dinner everyone just goes back to their rooms. Very quiet laid resort. Not really the vibe I’m used too. It was a decent experience but will not be going back.

We had an amazing time, we upgraded to an oceanfront villa and it was wonderful the worst part of the trip was staying for 3 nights only ! Food was wonderful loved the morning coffee service to the room. The really only downside was not having any food options after 9:30pm. No late night snacking or dinner after that time.

The beach and grounds are beautiful. Most of the staff are wonderful and so hardworking. The room was wonderful, private and secluded. The bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping was wonderful and helpful. We loved the plunge pool and used it every day to cool off after the beach. Food was delicious. Our only complaint was having to decide what time you want to eat lunch and dinner at breakfast. We never made it to breakfast until the last day because it was from 700-900 am. Way too early for us. We also never made it to lunch either (our choice) because we didn't want to leave the beach and at dinner the food was amazing, just very small portions with limited choices. Would like to see a buffet breakfast with longer hours and options of fresh fruit and cheese etc. Again, the beach was beyond beautiful!!! Even with that little glitch of food
