One night in Vancouver…

Single night before moving on after landing in the country. Has both a restaurant serving continental menu (used for buffet breakfast) and a Chinese restaurant (Hong Kong style). Used the Chinese restaurant for evening meal - excellent.

The room we were initially put in had black mold on the walls and a poor smell. The staff were very helpful getting us placed in a different, renovated room. Found the location very convenient.

Adequate for our short stay. Appears a bit old and dated. Staff were not customer focused. Breakfast was just average with no hot food. Elevator was creaky. Daily housekeeping only on request. Nice location. Costco across the street! Casino close by! Likely not staying here again.

The hotel was great.the area of Vancouver wasn't the greatest, but the train was a 10 minute walk and it's easy to get downtown

The staff are nice but everything about this property needs a massive renovation and repair. In 3 days, I had to move to four different rooms as the mold and mildew smells were unbearable and unhealthy. In almost every room that I looked at or stayed, you could see mold spots around the bathtub or on the walls and smell mold in the bathrooms. This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at.

Close to Airport and Outlet Mall

Nice hotel covenient to the airport and outlet Mall. Walking distance to Casino. Clean and staff was very friendly. It could use a refresh though . It was a bit dated.

Convenient and nice

This place was comfortable and convenient. As others have said it’s good for a quick stop over. Shuttle to airport is nice and hotel is walking distance to the Canada Line to cruise port.
