During my recent stay at your hotel, I had a very disappointing experience with a receptionist named SANAL . I had looked forward to a relaxing holiday, but unfortunately, his behavior negatively impacted my stay. One particular incident stood out: I requested a complimentary water bottle, which is typically provided to guests, but Mr. Sanal refused and unnecessarily created a scene over a simple request. His attitude was rude and unprofessional, and he demonstrated a complete lack of basic customer service skills. Given the importance of professionalism and hospitality in the service industry, I believe he is not suited for a front-facing role. Because of this experience, I do not intend to book at this hotel again. I hope management takes appropriate steps to ensure future guests do not encounter similar issues.

There was what appeared to be mold in the corners of the bathroom wall the mirror was on. Found a dirty wash cloth on the floor by the drapes. It was dry and crusty so who knows how long it was there. Lastly the silver sealer tabs on the bottles of shampoo etc. that was provided were stuck on the shower wall and behind the toilet was dirty. If you clean throughly how do you miss silver pull tabs on the wall that appear as plain as day?

I love the decor, looking at all the clans and other pictures on the wall. The staff is friendly, the room quiet and comfortable, nice mattress. Breakfast is provided. Airport shuttle is great. I often stay here when I have to fly in or out of YVR. Short walk to Skytrain.

the property is conveniently located. We were located next to something maybe the furnace or something that made the whole room, furniture and pictures on the wall rattle all night. When we first checked in I thought we were located near the laundry and it would stop when they were done. When we came back in the evening it was clear it wasn't the laundry. It was like sleeping in an earthquake next to a diesel generator all night.

Hotel was very outdated. The carpets in the hallway need a a vacuum and deep shampoo or just totally changed. It's clear the rooms haven't gotten a deep clean in a long time as the layer of dust on the furniture was enough for me to write on. The cold breakfast was mediocre as they only offered a couple of fruits, cereal, yogurt, and an assortment of bread and muffins. The coffee wasn't good either. There are better options considering costco was right across the hotel. It's overpriced for what you get. I'd recommend paying a bit more for another hotel with better amenities and cleanliness.
