Villa Pepa is located in Chilches, 5 km from Rincón de la Victoria and just 900 m from the beach, offering spectacular sea views. The property features a private heated pool in winter. Spread over two floors, it includes a living room with a sofa bed for two, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, induction hob, several coffee makers, kettle, paella pan, iron, fridge, and freezer. There are five bedrooms with three double beds (1.50 m), seven single beds (90 cm), one extra bed, and three bathrooms, accommodating up to 14 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, air conditioning and heating in all rooms and the living room, a 50" TV, and a games room with pool table and table football. A cot and high chair are available for babies. Children are welcome.



The private outdoor area offers a heated pool available year-round, a garden, and three open terraces, one with a barbecue next to the kitchen. The property is 800 m from a supermarket, 3 km from several beach bars, and 6 km from a shopping center. A car is recommended, as the house is accessed via a hill. Rincón de la Victoria is a 6-minute drive away. There is parking for one car on the property and street parking for three cars. One pet is allowed for an additional fee. Una casa muy bien equipada para albergar a un grupo,en nuestro caso éramos 7 adultos. Tres plantas:

Pros: Una casa muy bien equipada para albergar a un grupo,en nuestro caso éramos 7 adultos. Tres plantas: a pie de calle garaje en el que nos entró nuestra furgoneta de 9 plazas+ un txoko con futbolín y billar, 1 planta con salón comedor amplio con terraza con vistas al mar,un baño y cocina muy bien equipada con salida a otra terraza con barbacoa,y la última planta,con 4 habitaciones,dos baños y salida al jardín,con una MARAVILLA de piscina climatizada. Un lujazo para poder darte un baño cualquier día del año. En definitiva,una casa en una urbanización tranquila,estupenda para relajarse tras una jornada de turisteo, y muy bien ubicada,para poder desplazarte a otras localidades.Eso sí,hay que ir con vehículo, porque hasta el supermercado que está justo abajo, a 1 km...la cuesta es importante. Jose Luis,el anfitrión, siempre disponible para cualquier incidencia, y en contacto, desde días antes de la llegada,para facilitarte la entrada a la casa.
