Honestly giving this a lower review because they charge €15 for a 3 minute drive to the airport. I booked this at a higher rate specifically for convenience of being next to the airport - also the fridge in my room didn't work. Otherwise the place was clean and did the job. Not worth the price.

The staff members were all friendly and helpful. It was convenient to have a shuttle to the airport. My only complaint is that the room was quite cold. When I asked about heat, I was told that they only have air conditioning this time of year. I assume it was unseasonably cold during my stay.

The hotel is close to the airport and the staff were friendly and spoke english fluently. The rooms themselves were dated and the carpets needed replacing. During a heavy rain, water leaked into room. Maintenance was very quick to respond and did what they could. A good place to stay short term.

Property was clean and the staff were great. Breakfast was 8 euro and had a lot of selections. There are restaurants close to the hotel and the bus stop to Venice is close to the hotel. Not much to see around the hotel but convenient and clean.

Location to Venice Marco Polo airport is excellent, <5 minutes. Room was clean, staff spoke English and was helpful. Nice Italian restaurant 5 minute walk, but I wouldn't try the pizzaria next to it. Small but comfy room. Clean bath and towels. For one night it met our needs nicely. Taxi was a little pricey for a 5 minute ride but it was at 0400 and he was early. They prefer cash for the fare.

As with other airport hotels, it is a bit pricey for what you get, and you have to pay extra for both breakfast and the airport shuttle (only a few minutes away). The room was very large and comfortable, there is a nice lobby area if you have to wait around for your check-in, there are decent restaurants in easy walking distance, and the staff were kind and helpful. It was very convenient for an early morning flight.

Overall, the hotel was satisfactory, but the room was somewhat small, and the airport shuttles only run from the hotel to the airport. We had stayed here before when they ran both ways. Now you have to take a bus to the closest bus stop. Because we were familiar with the bus stop from before and it was still light, we were able to do this. But I could see this being difficult if you had no prior experience.

The hotel is convenient and close to the airport. Front end staff were friendly. The only real drawback was i found the deodorizer (some sort of cleaner for the room too strong). I had to open up the windows for fresh air.
