I loved every part of my stay at the Rialto. In spite of it being in the center of the tourist chaos the hotel was quiet and a peaceful haven. Every staff member was courteous and kind. I’d stay there again!
We loved our view of the Rialto Bridge. It was fun to watch people taking photos of themselves with the bridge. The room was comfortable and so was the King sized bed.
Conveniently located next to the Rialto bridge on the main canal. Our room had windows overlooking the grand canal. A little noisy at night but that was expected and really didn’t bother us. The room was spacious and decorated heavily in Venetian style which we loved. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby as well as easily assessable water transportation. Easy walk to museums. Staff was professional and courteous. Would stay here again.
No balcony in the Balcony View room.. it’s 3 windows against the wall with shutters that open.. really isn’t much of a wide view.
No heat. Extra blankets saved us.
Tv didn’t work.
Wifi was functional for texts and small streaming but horrible for calling.
Shower is pretty small, hot water fluctuates ALOT. Water pressure is decent.
Whilst my room could do with a little refresh it was nevertheless clean and didnt distract to my overall stay. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Likewise the breakfast.
The hotel is in a great location for getting around and the waterbus stop to get to and from the airport is just outside

The hotel is located in a busy part of town. Right by the beautiful Rialto Bridge.
The hotel rooms could use an update. Felt dark and old. Not a charming feel.
The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Probably would choose another hotel next time.
Its a pretty old hotel. Very good location, easy to get to from the train station. But the bathrooms were old, had a lot of mold in the shower area. There was a lot of disturbance from the streets, very noisy around 4 am in the morning. This hotel is definitely not worth the price.

Italian people are not quiet, the room we had was on first floor and evenings and early mornings were extremely loud even with the window closed it sounded like they were yelling at each other setting up the stalls beside the hotel, desk stafff and restaurant staff were all amazing and very informative of the area for transportation and food suggestions
It’s an older property that appears to be maintained nicely. The hotel boasts of “having a unique experience” when staying here. They are correct. It is very unique especially if you are accustomed to modern-looking hotels. The bathroom is modern, but tiny and the furniture reminds me of a doll house from my youth.
Staff super friendly, very helpfull. Hotel well located a few meters from the Rialto bridge.

The roof top terrace is wonderful with an amazing view. A great place to relax and take in the atmosphere. The staff was great, accommodating and friendly. I was a little disappointed by the room itself, not a lot of space or place to open up luggage. The view from our window was a creepy back lane. The hotel itself was very strange.. stairs going up and down and all around.. there was no straight shot to your room. I have never experience anything like it. Definitely NOT a place for anyone with mobility issues. It was convenient to walk out the door on walk and have dining and shopping right there.
