The breakfast area was the problem. The staff were excellent but the space available made the breakfast chaotic. Too many people in too small a room. My room was a bit small. The bathroom was excellent but the bedroom needs a makeover.

This is an excellent hotel with knowledgeable, helpful staff who speak very good English, the breakfast is fabulous, and the situation is great for the centre of the city (about a ten-minute walk). The stylish décor gives an added sense of luxury. There is a very good restuarant attached to the hotel. Extremely good value considering the quality of everything. Would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel room with elegant colour scheme and historic character. Real attention to detail in rooms and across the hotel. Felt instantly very comfortable. Staff were great. Room was clean and comfortable. The tram stop is very close and the metro is a short walk. Lots of restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. Street was also very quiet at night, great for a good night’s sleep.
