The location is to die for, right next to the Karlsplatz metro station and within walking distance of a number of attractions like the Hofburg palace, Opera House, Mozart memorial and cafe Sacher. The ambience was fantastic, and the staff were exceptional and friendly. The room was unexpectedly large, as was the bathroom. It also happens to be the only hitel ive ever started in, that gave a complimentary bottle of beer. The buffet breakfast was not a s0rawling affair, but contained an adequate variety and website was very tasty. Definitely a place to recommend.

Location: Perfect. A short walk to everything and there is a subway stop within a block that gets you to and from the main train station within 2 stops. All the main attractions are within walking distance. Lots of restaurants and shopping also close by. Hotel: Great! Clean, safe and. all the amenities required. Has a restaurant for breakfast and also has laundry facilities on site. Room: Very large apartment style. A little dated but it fits the style of the hotel. Staff: Were very friendly during our stay and answered every question we had. I would stay here again.

Very nice receptionists, when we checked in, David was very kind and professional and efficient, he took care of things expertly, and since we arrived about 6 hours before our 3:00 pm check-in time, he nice and safely stored our 2 suitcases in a locked protected area of his office, and we easily picked them up 6 hours later. Very nice hotel, clean, and very quiet even though we were in the middle of the old town. A very convenient walk to the Opera and Gold Hall / Musikverein and the museums... what a perfect location to stay. Will stay there again soon. jw

Perfect location for sightseeing around Vienna. I got the room with a kitchen. The room was clean and well furbished. If you are going to stay here, I suggest you get the room with breakfast option. It was well worth it. For me, I wish the bed had a pillow top, but I got around this by sleeping on the blanket they provided, and getting an extra blanket. Would stay here again for sure.

A home in Vienna

We had a spacious apartment, equipped with everything we needed for a 7 day stay. Cleaned daily, free coffee and sparkling water in the lobby, plus 2 bottles of free beer a day! Convenient laundry in the basement. Very good location next to Karlsplatz U-Bahn Station in the heart of Vienna. Will stay again when in Vienna.

Everything you’d want

Incredible location, most attentive lobby staff. Huge room with kitchen. Best sleep I have had in ages, very comfy bed. Would definitely stay there again. Loved the free water/beer and excellent espresso machine in lobby. Across the street from public transportation.
