There was no one to speak with and the reservation was for 3 rooms and they emailed a door code for 2 rooms. No one at front desk, no one answering their “help” phone; people smoking weed outside the entrance, mold in the bathroom and a small breakfast not ready by 7:30am. We will be asking for say a minimum a credit for the room they didn’t provide.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed during our stay, due to the chef being ill, but the breakfast was fine and the service friendly. However, the hotel foyer where it was served and other communal areas, smelled of lingering cigarette smoke, as did our bedroom, which was unpleasant for non smokers.

Saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal. Leider ist das Hotel sehr ringhörig, sodass man auch den TV aus dem Nachbarszimmer hört. Zudem war mein Fenster direkt an eine Baustelle ausgerichtet, sodass auch der Baulärm sehr prominent war.
