Traveled with my husband and young child - hotel was beautiful, clean, great service. Kid friendly with a play room and bouncy house/games set up on the weekend nights. Walking distance to metro station and plenty of restaurants as well as a CVS. Would recommend!

Rooms were clean, front desk had a line every time I went down, even late at night. The door attendants hardly ever opened the door for my group, despite them standing around every time we entered and exited the building. The walls were very thin, I often heard babies crying and our neighbors entered their room every night around 2:25am waking me up because of how loud they’re were at the beginning of the hallway. The fridge had mole in it and when reported to the front desk, they were nonchalant about it and not solution focused at all.

Clean room with everything we needed for our anniversary. Staff were also friendly, accommodating, and even upgraded our room upon hearing it’s our anniversary! The breakfast is worth the price and the Thursday night jazz was relaxing. I do find it odd there were no water fountains to fill up our bottles besides the exercise room; that there were little trash cans to dispose of takeout; and no mini fridge to store anything. Besides those small things, we’d love to stay at another Omni for our anniversary.

Amazing, but no fridge or microwave

Hotel itself was amazing. Listing says “refrigerator and microwave available on request”. I had requested both before arrival and they had neither available. We were staying for a convention, and had brought all of our own food, so then we had to keep everything in the small coolers that we brought. Finally got a fridge after two days, never got a microwave.
