We were in room 162 and it had a very pronounced cleaner or solvent smell. The room need to be updated as well as the facility with new carpet and furnishing. Loungers at outdoor pool were discolored and some needed replacement. Firepits were nice and my family enjoyed them and the pub was very good and the bartender/environment was really nice. There is no beach access. Breakfast was okay nothing special. It was super annoying that the key stopped working, the morning that we were supposed to check out, before checkout time. I thought this place was too expensive for what it is.

really lovely hotel with a nice outdoor pool and we loved the fire pit and beach area. The location is convenient. cons:could do with a revamp-carpets are tired, breakfast wasn't great and we had a few dirty towels over our stay

The breakfast options were plenty with many choices. The rooms are large and beds were comfortable. The only concern we had was with the pool. There is no lifeguard on duty and the parents don’t control their children. Mostly the kids 12-15 years old are jumping in and running around the pool out of control.

The staff was great and all helpful:front desk, breakfast servers, cleaners and outdoor bartender. The hotel grounds were well maintained and the back marsh was peaceful to sit at with a morning coffee or fire pit at night. The hotel was very family friendly.

The Bayside was amazing and perfect for our quick weekend getaway. What stood out the most was the friendly staff - especially Gale who welcomed us at check-in. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the fire with the smore kits - my kids did not want to leave. Keep up the great work!

My husband, 3 tween/teen granddaughters and I had 3 fantastic days at Bayside Resort. Lots to do right on site-from toasting s’mores over the outdoor fire pits to swimming in one of the 2 pools. Always a huge selection at breakfast to satisfy everyone’s wants-including eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, cereal, pastries, and of course, make-your-own waffles with a variety of toppings. Our room was clean and quiet. The location is perfect with easy access to many of Cape Cod sites and happenings. We could not have asked for more.

I didn't like the bed. The bed felt like it was ancient and that I was sleeping on the floor. If it wasn't for the fact that I was only sleeping there for 3 nights, I would have left. I felt the food options in the mornings was one of the best that I have seen.
