Great location, dirty rooms

This place is in the most ideal location in Yarmouth, walking distance to some good restaurants and activities, but the room was not all that clean, little gnat flying around from the second we checked in, bathroom was dirty and that’s putting it nicely. Bathroom had hair from other stays on the floors and in the shower, all ice & vending machines were out of order. Overall and ok place to stay just wish it was cleaner.

We really enjoyed our stay! We booked two rooms and one was located in the ANNEX building. We stayed in the cottage with our own patio! The indoor pool was clean and fun, great for both kids and adults. We also liked the tennis courts—a nice way to stay active. The breakfast was good with plenty of options for everyone. Our kids loved the playground. It was safe and gave them a great place to run around and have fun.

Super quiet, private. Staff were all friendly and helpful, day AND night [even in the middle of the night a few times], room was comfortable and clean. It was like living in a quiet resort community where everyone got along doing their own thing.

The hotel charged me for the room even though I said that the I paid for the room through expedia. He would not let me check -in/out without paying again. When I showed them my expedia receipt, I was told that is what expedia collects but the hotel does not get any of that money. I was told< if I did not like that policy, I would have to take it up with expedia because paying twice is standard. That is very poor pr business and customer service. I will not be staying at this hotel again. Any I would like help to get a refund for the double charge.
