Staff was very nice helpful. Breakfast was very good & varied slightly each day with different hot items. It starts at 6:30 & has lots of seating but fills up fast. Several out door seating areas. Hotel is at the end of the "strip" better to drive to shopping or eating places. Hotel has lots of easy parking. Would definitely stay again if visiting Yellowstone.

Our family of 5 was very happy with this hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful. I told them the type of restaurant we were looking for and they gave us 3 options. They actually had a room that accommodated 5 people. 2 queens in the main room with an additional bedroom with a door with another queen. The pool was very nice and breakfast was delicious.

Property is very convenient to Yellowstone National Park. Had an issue with the shower that was fixed while we were at the park. Debbie will only allow certain people to check in early. My husband asked to check in at 3 pm (an hour early) and it was a rude no. While he was standing in the lobby two younger men were allowed to check in. Had to deal with Debbie one more time about the shower which was not exactly pleasant, but the shower did get fixed. The gentleman and lady who worked in the evening were very nice, and took the time to go over different food options. They couldn’t have been more pleasant! Those two are why this hotel earned my stars. Room was dusty but overall not a bad stay.

Love this place! Great Continental breakfast, clean rooms, very convenient to get into Yellowstone from here. The bathrooms are small, getting in and out of the shower is tight. Not much of a view from the rooms.

Best hotel on the West side of Yellowstone

Very prompt service. Pool is big enough. Daily room service. Breakfast is very good, and even though the busy menu always gets refilled. The front desk is always helpful. Best hotel on the West side of Yellowstone.

We enjoyed our stay at Yellowstone Westgate Hotel. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. Their computers went down right while they were checking me in. They were kind enough to get me in a room and send me on my way instead of making me wait. I went back later to complete my check in. The couple that helped me were from MD and they were very friendly and helpful! They made sure I had a first floor accommodation close to the entrance for my dad because he has a hard time walking. I really appreciate they allow dogs and at the time of our stay there was NO extra charge for pets! That’s a plus because some places want $100 for my 2 - 7 lb dogs. They have a nice breakfast available in the morning. There are a few areas outside with tables and chairs to sit at for eating or just relaxing. We’d definitely stay there again! Thanks for your hospitality!

Good place to stay just outside the west entrance of Yellowstone park. Plenty of grocery stores and dining options in Walking distance. Better than a motel but not a luxury feeling and not worth the buck we pay but the whole area is expensive. It just serves the purpose. Breakfast is ok with few basic options. Staff is nice and indoor pool is plus. Eceryday housekeeping is plus.
