Place is nice but service is poor

Arrived 5:10pm, Thursday. Was notified that pool was closed due to rain. Was no longer raining when we got there (sun’s out ) but then was told next that pool hours are from 10am-6pm. That is such a short time frame. Lady making omelets Friday morning was not pleasant at all. Got there 8:55 and she right away put up the sign that the station closes at 9am and that’s it. Wouldn’t even look up. Rude. Next day she was manning the dining room and as usual she looked like she did not want to be there.Wont greet guests, wont smile and when I asked about the omelette station she said tersely that its not open on Sat & Sun and sounded/appeared annoyed. She is not at all happy working there and she conveyed a message that she doesn’t want to be bothered . Maybe she should just work in the linen department and not be around guests.
