Absolutely wonderful! From the time of check in to checkout we absolutely enjoyed our stay. We were celebrating our 21st anniversary and the staff went above and beyond. They brought a plate of desserts and champagne and to our room and to our surprise the next day when we arrived back to our room there was a towel arrangement of birds and wine on our bed with a personalized card. The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants. The food was also amazing. The staff could not have been any better. We enjoyed relaxing on the beach and the waiter Emerson always went above and beyond getting beverages and food! Highly recommend.

This was our first trip not doing all inclusive. We did this because of the area and abundance of choices for dining. However, I still purchased the breakfast option big mistake. There was no variety from day to day. You didn’t get the option to take food back to your room. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too soft. The water level was insane. We had to take cold showers on most days. In order to get hot water at the sink we had to run it for several minutes. The biggest disappointment was the regular visit from what looked like a prison detail. So every day when we sat on the balcony they would show up at the deserted baseball field.

Our experience at the Hotel was outstanding. The staff such at Herbert Castillo (Manager), Daianarra Martie (Guest Ambassador) and Alexis Jake the Bellman, they all make my self and my wife feel very welcoming feeling like being at home. The hotel is a wonderful place, with great food, the natural beach pool and the bar area are exceptional. The Hotel is accessible to downtown area and stores are near by with shops and restaurants. I am eager to coming back for my next vacation to Curacao.

Loved the location so we could actually experience the area. Walkable to tons of restaurants and shops. Delicious food options abound. Loved the beach and pool. Beautiful setting. The infinity bar had good cocktails and food and excellent service. Shout out to Ivy who was very personable and helpful when we asked her about good local beaches to go to that were close. LOVED Pirate Beach for it's authenticity, setting, drinks and food. 10 minutes from Renaissance and a $20 cab ride. There was a really nice gentleman that worked as a bartender at Infinity too, he was there on night Sat. 8/2, I can't remember his name. All the staff at Infinity were friendly and helpful. Sadly cannot say that about the 5 O'Clock, totally different experience. Went there once due to our experience. Shout out to Alexis at the front door. Great ambassador for the hotel. Friendly, caring, helpful loved coming and going to interact with him. The wait staff in the main restaurant were attentive and very nice, bartenders at the lobby bar too. Would definitely return.

We loved it!!! Excellent stay in every aspect of the word. All the amenities and the staff were amazing. From the moment you walk into the resort ALEXIS makes you feel at home. Very nice and kind gentleman with a very warm personality. He goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. THALIA makes check in a very nice and smooth experience. (No complains from any of the staff…. Martina, Jorge, Chris , etc. Everyone was very nice and helpful). The resort is amazing, super clean, safe, food was delicious. Renaissance was wonderful! Absolutely loved the location since we’d walk every night to dinner, etc. So close to everything. Didn’t mind that it didn’t have a ‘real beach’ because you can just rent a car and go to other beaches or we actually took a taxi the one day and went to Avila. Very safe area.

Such a pleasant stay. Everyone was very attentive and nice. Rooms were clean and well kept. Any issues we had they helped us immediately. My friend and i have gluten allergies and they would make breakfast, lunch, dinner separately for us in the kitchen . All of the facilities were great and the location is great. Close proximity to everything.
