The staff and building were excellent! The rooms were a bit dated, but comfortable. Our bathroom door wouldn't close, which was a bit odd and annoying, but overall I would recommend staying here and would visit again.

The first morning I was there for breakfast with a tour group and actually after waiting 20 minutes had to ask for coffee. I did not get any refill as I never saw the waiter again and he did not come to my table to ask about refilling.After tasting the coffee I realized I probably didn’t want to refill. The coffee leave something to be desired Otherwise the food was OK and the hotel was beautiful.

This hotel is beautiful. Room was spacious & clean. We had an issue with loud construction early in the morning at the room or space next to ours & the hotel was gracious enough to comp us for parking & breakfast. We would stay here again & recommend to others.

Wonderful place. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The French restaurant’s food is also excellent but my best ratings go to the bar staff and their creativity, we tasted some wonderful and unique cocktails. Pink elephant and winter cosmo are 2 of our most favorite

Nice classic hotel. No fridge in the room. Bathroom was small. Valet was $27 a night. We were on 8th floor and could hear a live band playing until midnight for a wedding and our room was nowhere close to the elevators. Nice but not worth the price. Would not stay here again as price and what we received did not equal out. Friendly staff. But way to expensive.

Beautiful and clean property. Great room, comfortable bed, a good night’s sleep. Close by to a number of parks, great for strolling and viewing statues and sculptures. Nearby footbridge, nice views. Able to walk to the Parliament building, beautiful grounds. An enjoyable stay.
