Tv remote didn’t work, they fixed it worked tell they left the room, went to front desk and picked up a new remote and that only worked half the time, then to top it off when to the complementary breakfast grabbed a carton of milk and it was stale, so not the best stay

There were cobwebs in the room, hair dryer didn't work, & even for 3 nights stay we were told that we wouldn't have any room service unless we asked. And then they still leave an envelope in the room for a tip.

I asked for a late(r) check out because we had no where to go until 3 pm. I was just looking for 1 pm and knew that on my floor alone over 50% were checked out by breakfast. The management was unflexible and said I could have until 12 but no later or they would charge me. I dont get that at all. Very poor customer service.

The toilets are too low. Only about 12" high versus the normal 16" height. The vanity in the bathroom is also too low, about 32". It should be 36", otherwise adults have to bend over and that is difficult if you have a bad back. All the windows were dirty. The view out our window was bad...a rooftop with HVAC equipment. Overall, a disappointment and clearly not worth the money. The review I read clearly overrated this place.
